You may return your order if you satisfy the following conditions:
- 7 days from your date of purchase
- Your access code must be unclaimed.
- If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- If you are still within 7 days but your access code is redeemed, we cannot issue you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
By purchasing your access code through WileyExpress, you agree to comply with these conditions to be eligible for a refund. If your refund request does not comply with these conditions, you're refund request will be refused unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is no longer in sellable condition. If the item is approved, your refund will be be automatically issued to the original method of payment. Transactions can often take several business days to appear on your credit card statement.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and and verified to be unused, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request to return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
